Thank you for serving on a committee or council and doing the good work of the Society for Range Management. Your ideas and efforts are greatly appreciated! Here are a few tips and guidelines to help you submit necessary reports and potentially secure funding for your committee’s work:

Annual Reports and Funding Requests– Due March 15

COMPLETE your annual report by using this ANNUAL REPORT FORM. CLICK HERE to download the report form and describe the leaders, members, and work of your committee.

FUNDING REQUESTS: Your committee can request funding for specific activities that will advance the work of SRM.

  • There is a section at the bottom of the annual report form to request funding.
  • Note that SRM’s Fiscal Year (FY) is August 1 – July 31. All funds MUST be used during the FY. No Carryover is allowed from one FY to the next.

The Deadline is March 15th

By MARCH 15th, upload your completed Committee Report Form using the form below. Please also send a copy of this form to your committee’s Board or Directors Representative (listed on your committee link on this webpage), the EVP (EVP@rangelands.org) and SRM Headquarters (office@rangelands.org).

Financial Reports on Funding Allocations– Due July 31

You will need to complete a final report if your committee was granted funding at the beginning of the fiscal year (Aug 01) to accomplish a committee goal.

COMPLETE your financial report by using this COMMITTEE FINANCIAL REPORT FORM. Download the report form and describe how funds were used and what was accomplished by your activity.

The Deadline is July 31

By JULY 30th, submit the committee financial report form using the form below, outlining the use of funds allocated for the current Fiscal Year. Please also send a copy of this form to your committee’s Board or Directors Representative (listed on your committee page on this SRM website), the EVP (EVP@rangelands.org) and SRM Headquarters (office@rangelands.org).
