Full-time faculty in the Applied Sciences Department with primary teaching emphasis in Rangeland Management-Range Livestock and related areas as assigned by the Dean. The faculty member participates in the department and the institution’s communities of learners to foster a culture inquiry, critical self-reflection, evidence-based decision making, and a learner-centered environment.
General Summary:
Responsible for providing instruction in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the College.
Rank/Tenure:
To be determined based on qualifications/Tenure Track.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Animal Science or Rangeland Management.
Terminal degree is required for tenure.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in Animal Science, Rangeland Management, or related field.
Research and teaching experience in Rangeland livestock management.
Ability to apply technology for the facilitation of student learning and expanded access to students.
Ability to teach within the field of rangeland livestock production and various animal science courses.
