The 2020 SRM Annual Meeting Planning Committee has extended the deadline to July 15, 2019 or submissions for two (2) hour proposals for symposium, workshops, and Ignite-type sessions that are interdisciplinary, embrace the meeting theme of Transformation and Translation.
We encourage co-organizers representing the spectrum of seasoned, mid-career and young professionals.
We’ve had several questions regarding the format for proposals.
There are no specific formatting requirements or word limits for proposals, but all review criteria should be clearly addressed in each proposal.

The 2020 SRM Annual Meeting is now accepting submissions for two (2) hour proposals for the sessions at the AM20 in Denver, February 16 – 20, 2020. Please note that the AM20 Meeting will follow the format of the 2016 International Range Congress meeting. The technical program changes will emphasize multiple days of plenary and sub-plenary sessions in the morning, extended time at lunch to sample the myriad of dining options in the area, and dedicated time slots in the late afternoon for Posters only.

Proposals must be submitted by 5PM MST on June 28, 2019. Submissions that are incomplete or received after this deadline will not be considered.
We anticipate notification by July 26, 2019 to all persons who submitted a proposal on the status of the proposal.
