Kelly Fogarty
Senior Director Operations
Kelly Fogarty serves as Senior Director of Operations for the Society for Range Management and is the lead staff director for SRM’s Annual Meeting. She oversees the planning and execution of the Society’s largest annual event, managing logistics, vendor coordination, contracts, programming support, and on-site operations.
She works closely with the Annual Meeting Planning Committees to coordinate timelines, speaker logistics, exhibitor and sponsor engagement, and overall event flow to ensure a seamless experience for members and partners.
In her broader operations role, Kelly collaborates with SRM staff to ensure organizational deliverables are met across all operational functions. Her oversight and coordination help maintain consistency, accountability, and efficiency throughout the Society’s work.
Kelly began her career with SRM as the Society’s DC Liaison while living and working in Washington, D.C., supporting federal engagement and policy-related activities. Raised on her family’s fifth-generation beef cattle ranch in Oakdale, California, she brings both agricultural perspective and strong operational leadership to her role.
