Mary Jo Foley serves the Society for Range Management by leading membership engagement and strategic initiatives that activate and connect SRM’s diverse member base. She oversees day-to-day membership functions while working to mobilize sections, committees, and partners around priority programs, collaborative efforts, and Society-wide initiatives.
Mary Jo manages key partnerships and training agreements, coordinates cross-organizational initiatives, and supports communications that elevate member involvement and advance SRM’s strategic objectives. Her work focuses on strengthening alignment between membership engagement, program delivery, and long-term organizational growth.
With a background in rangeland ecology and association management, Mary Jo brings both subject-matter expertise and strategic leadership to her role. She holds a Master of Agriculture in Rangeland Ecology and Management, Agricultural Education, and Wildland Fire Ecology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Animal and Range Sciences from Oregon State University.
