Join the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for a 2-hour virtual workshop exploring what really lies beneath "burnout" in stewardship and conservation work. Facilitator Michelle Doerr (Anavah Consulting) will guide participants through polling, reflection, and discussion to help them distinguish personal stress from broader systemic pressures, understand how chronic strain affects thinking and connection to purpose, and walk away with practical tools for sustaining themselves, their teams, and their work. Open to agency staff, producers, academics, students, consultants, and conservation professionals across the stewardship spectrum!
